We only charge one dollar for your first 30 days so unfortunately we don't offer anything else. This gives you time to set things up exactly the way you want them.
Lets see, where do we start... we have our own dedicated server that is located in Dallas, TX. We also have a 99.990% uptime guarantee. Uptime is the measure of the time a computer, has been working and available. It is often used as a measure of computer operating system reliability or stability, in that this time represents the time a computer can be left unattended without crashing, or needing to be rebooted for administrative or maintenance purposes. This means that our site is only down approximately 53 minutes for an entire year, which equivalates to almost 1 minute per week. If we have scheduled maintenance to perform, then we will do our best to notify everyone at least 24 hours in advance. We perform daily backups of all data and it is retained for a specific amount of time for those "just-in-case" reasons. So rest assured that your hard work is kept safe and secure.
Well as much as we would hate to see you leave, we do understand that different situations will arise. We have a Billing page that is located in the managers menu that will allow you to do this. It will instantly delete all data and stop your recurring billing. This process can not be undone.

USER INFORMATION
During your registration to use the service which PoliceSchedule.com provides, you will submit certain personally identifiable information, including without limitation (1) name, (2) company name and (3) telephone number, This personally identifiable information will be used by PoliceSchedule.com to communicate with the person, corporation or other organization identified by you to be your Contract Holder in order for you to schedule the days and times of day which you will work for your employer. Any other use of your personally identifiable information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT
PoliceSchedule.com is a paid service and has recurring fees for use of the Site monthly (every 30 days). By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by PoliceSchedule.com (“Payment Method”) for your subscription, you are expressly agreeing that PoliceSchedule.com is authorized to charge you on a recurring basis. If your Payment Method expires or is not valid when your payment is due and you do not update your Payment Method information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing, and you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. After 30 days of non-payment, all data will be deleted and your account closed.
As used in these Terms of Use, “billing” shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription, and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to these Terms.
We automatically bill your Payment Method every 30 days after the commencement of your subscription (each such month, a “Monthly Period”). For the first month you will only be charged one dollar and for each month after you will be charged one dollar for every employee that you have associated with your company.
WE DO NOT GIVE FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS AFTER THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF USE. REFUNDS ONLY APPLY WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS AS A NEW CUSTOMER. IF A REQUEST IS SUBMITTED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS VIA EMAIL, THEN POLICESCHEDULE.COM WILL REFUND THE INITIAL ONE DOLLAR AS WELL AS AN ADDITIONAL ONE DOLLAR FOR YOUR TIME.

The Site may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS
